BAF CHANGES EX SOUTH EAST ASIA / RATE RESTORATION EX CHINA, HK, JAPAN, TAIWAN, KOREA

K Line wish to make the following trade announcements:

** 1) Southbound rate restoration ex China/Hong  Kong/Japan/Taiwan/Korea to Australia:

From the 15th Jan 2010, K Line will implement a rate restoration program from the above countries to Australia.

The increase will be: USD$250/20' USD$500/40'

** 2) Revision to Southbound Bunker Surcharge ex South East Asia:

From the 1st Jan 2010, K Line will increase their baf from Singapore/Thailand/Malaysia/Indonesia/Phillipines/Vietnam to Australia.

The new baf will be: USD$555/20' USD$1110/40'
