2013/2014 CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR HOLIDAYS

The Directors and Staff at Loch M Fraser Logistics would like to thank you for your support during 2013.

Please note the following dates relative to closures of Loch M. Fraser Logistics offices:

Tuesday 24th December 2013 – open from 8.30am to 12pm
Wednesday 25th December 2013 – closed
Thursday 26th December 2013– closed
Wednesday 31st December 2013 – open from 8.30am to 12pm
Wednesday 1st January 2014 – closed

Loch M Fraser will resume normal working hours on Thursday 2nd January, 2014.

If you have Airfreight or Seafreight arriving over the Christmas period, please liaise with Customer Service so we may assist planning.

In order to minimise inconveniences during the holiday season, please note the following:

Airfreight: Christmas & New Year 2014 - Cut Off

• Air Freight not checked in Australia by 07.00 hours on 24th December 2013 will not be collected by destination branch until Friday 27th December 2013
• Air Freight not checked in Australia by 07.00 hours on 31st December 2013 will not be collected by destination branch until Thursday 2nd January 2014
• Any incurred storage costs will be billed to origin office. Please confirm all bookings with Customer Service to ensure that bookings are made with a suitable ETA.

Seafreight - Port Operations

• If you have Sea freight cargo arriving over Christmas and New Year Period please contact Customer Service to make any special arrangements. Please note all CFS depots and FCL terminals are open as usual during the holiday period any storage charges will apply if cargo is left uncollected.
