We have recently negotiated some attractive rates for Melbourne to Brisbane which in most cases, particularly with heavier containers, works out to be less expensive than a move by rail. The schedule is relatively infrequent but works well for cargo that is heavy and not time sensitive.
We can also cater for Ro-Ro and break bulk cargo between major mainland ports both east west and west east and also to Tasmania.
Rail continues to be busy and we can assist between all locations that cater for container traffic with the current exception of Brisbane where the severe damage to the rail line north of Newcastle is preventing any traffic in or out of Brisbane except to/from North Queensland.
