AUSTRALIAN FREE TRADE AGREEMENTS

In recent years Australia has negotiated a number of Free Trade Agreements which allow goods to be imported duty free, or at a reduced rate.
Currently the following Agreements are already in place:
• ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand FTA
• Australia-Chile FTA
• Australia-New Zealand Closer Economic Relations
• Australia-United States FTA
• Japan-Australia Economic Partnership Agreement
• Korea-Australia FTA
• Malaysia-Australia FTA
• Singapore-Australia FTA
• Thailand-Australia FTA
The China FTA has been concluded but is not expected to be available for use until early 2016.
• China-Australia FTA
The following FTA's are still being negotiated.
• Australia-Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) FTA
• Australia-India Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Agreement
• Environmental Goods Negotiations
• Indonesia-Australia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement
• Pacific Agreement on Closer Economic Relations (PACER) Plus
• Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership
• Trade in Services Agreement
• Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement
