MISSED TIME SLOT FEE

Dear Customer,
Due to the terminals(Australia wide) increasing their missed time slot fees we will need to adjust accordingly.
From week commencing Monday 29th June 2015 the charge for a missed timeslot fee will be
$131.00 + GST.
As always we will make every effort to avoid these charges where possible. Should there be a potential for these
charges to occur your customer service representative will advise you as is the current practice.
