Notice to all Importers
Original Bills of Lading Endorsements
Please be advised that upon presenting an Bill of
Lading for clearance of import shipments into Australia, the Bill of
Lading must be fully endorsed by the consignee.
If such Bills of Lading are consigned to "To Order or To Order of
the Shipper", then the Bill of Lading must be fully endorsed by the
shipper.
Without such endorsement on the Bills of Lading, the Import
shipment will not be released for delivery.
