PATRICK EAST SWANSTON - NEW TERMINAL OPERATING SYSTEM
Dear Valued Client
As you are aware, Patrick Terminal implemented a new operating system earlier this week. Since then, they have been experiencing a number of issues, which has resulted in delays with servicing trucks. Last night there was a delay of almost 5 hours in truck turn around times.
This has resulted in night shift running overtime affecting the start of day shift and delaying deliveries.
We are working as quickly as possible to clear the backlog and appreciate your understanding in this where circumstances are beyond our control.
